We assume no liability for damage or injury caused by making the premises available, nor are we responsible for the manner of movement or activity. Liability lies with the executing, responsible persons.
The hall may only be used with indoor sports shoes (non-abrasive, non-marking). In the event of improper use (e.g. wrong shoes), we reserve the right to charge for cleaning costs that exceed the normal daily amount. Furthermore, persons who cause damage and/or contamination are no longer permitted to use the premises. The emergency exit is alarm-secured and may only be used in an emergency. (But not, for example, for airing or as a short way to the outside).
Due to the strict hygienic requirements of a youth hotel, no pets are allowed.
Due to the non-smoker protection regulations (§ 13 Para. 1 Tobacco Act), the entire youth hotel is a non-smoking area. Unauthorized smoking in the house means that the person(s) concerned must leave the house immediately and without reimbursement.
For liability reasons, swimming in the fire-fighting pool is prohibited.
There are enough parking spaces for cars and buses.

Rooms are ready for occupancy from 3 p.m. on arrival.
It is not possible to leave and store luggage before check-in or after check-out due to cleaning work.
No liability is assumed for luggage left behind.
We recommend storing your luggage in the car or bus.
We provide our guests with free WiFi. The free use has a limited bandwidth depending on availability and is available from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. We only provide the WLAN, the user is responsible for the correct settings on the device. We cannot and will not provide any help here.
The bandwidth is limited by the local conditions (network connection). This can significantly affect the download speed. The free WiFi is provided with a content filter. The WLAN provider firmly rejects any liability for improper use.
Only our guests are permitted to use the free WiFi without exception. Non-residents are not allowed to use it.
The accommodation contract is concluded with the confirmation of the reservation.
When making a reservation, we ask you to pay a deposit (according to the reservation confirmation) to our account. However, we reserve the right to allocate the room to someone else if the deposit is not paid on time. Please pay the remaining amount in cash the evening before your departure. For short stays (weekends), the balance is to be paid in CASH on arrival. Debit card is accepted.

Room cancellations are only valid in writing. Up to 3 months before the start of the holiday no cancellation costs, up to 1 month before the start of the holiday we charge 40%. From 1 month to 1 week before the start of your holiday, we charge 70% of the booked stay. In case of no-show 90% of the booking amount. The booking conditions according to the Austrian Hotel Regulations and the business, booking and cancellation conditions for group stays apply .
A booking is a contract of sale. Cancellations, late arrivals and early departures are subject to cancellation fees. Something can happen to anyone (illness, accident,…).
We therefore recommend taking out travel insurance in this case.
The economy and gastronomy are accused of evading taxes, which is why the RKSV (cash register security regulation) and other obstacles were issued. Thus, any leeway for goodwill regulations was curtailed, since this can be interpreted at the expense of the restaurateur (e.g. the accusation could arise that an overnight stay that is not charged out of goodwill was sold “black”).
We therefore strongly recommend taking out cancellation insurance, because we (have to) charge for cancellations in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.

A fire alarm system is a networked system of smoke detectors and the fire alarm control panel with corresponding alarm functions and forwarding to the fire department.

Any intentional or unintentional triggering of an alarm is associated with massive excitement (through siren alerting), effort and cost.
The costs arising from the activation of a fire alarm (whether intentional or negligent) will be charged to the causer and, if necessary, reported to the police.
A triggering causes costs of at least € 200,-, in case of manipulation of the system considerably more. Furthermore, we reserve the right to expel the respective person(s) from the premises.
