In the last 50 years, our youth hotel Tauernhof in Obertauern has evolved from a simple youth hostel to a modern youth hotel.
We, the Kirchner family, are proudly running the family business in the 3rd generation. You’ve come to the right place if you want to experience fun and action on holiday. In summer you will find our outdoor facility with street soccer field, 4-person trampoline, soccer and volleyball field, children’s playground, fire pond, campfire area and much more around the youth hotel Tauernhof.
Hiking and biking is possible directly from the youth hotel. During winter holidays, the cross-country ski run, the biathlon stand and the snow soccer field are right in front of the house. We offer you slide plates and snowshoes for free rental. And of course you can go directly from the front door to the Obertauern ski area.
